Transcendence, Distraction, and You Are Not Your Own
My work with the Henry Center
Two of my most meaningful moments as a writer and thinker have been with the Henry Center at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. The first was a lecture I was invited to give titled βDiscipling Towards Transcendence in a Distracted Age.β In it I apply the ideas of my first book, Disruptive Witness, to the problem of discipleship and the natural world.
